01The situation

Your teams make up for what your tools don't do together.

As your business grows, the manual work between your tools piles up.

Information still moves by hand

Each tool does its job, but information is carried manually from one to the next: re-entering data, double-checking, tracking spreadsheets…

Repetitive tasks are still manual

The rules are known, but someone still has to run or trigger each step: follow-ups, documents, updates…

Part of how things work depends on people

Some ways of working live in people's habits rather than in the system. An absence or a spike in activity can slow everything down.

A fragmented view of the business

The information exists, but it's scattered. It has to be pieced together to see what's moving, what's stuck and what needs your attention.

02What Synely puts in place

Your operations run, you're in charge.

Synely makes your processes easier to run, track and evolve.

  1. Automation

    Automate what repeats

When a task follows a clear rule, the system can carry it out automatically and move information between your tools. You stay in control whenever a sign-off is needed, and you're alerted if something gets stuck. Automations are documented and monitored so they stay reliable as your tools change.

  2. AI agents

    Handle what needs interpretation

An AI agent understands a request in the context of your business. It can answer it directly or trigger the right action in the system, for example for customer service, HR or to launch the right automation. Tasks that follow a clear rule remain handled by the system's automations.

  3. Oversight

Keep a clear view of your business

Synely brings the information that matters into an interface built around your business. You see what's moving, what's stuck and what needs your attention. You can review the history of every action and measure results: volumes processed, estimated time saved, success rate… Oversight is available on the web, on mobile or through your messaging app.

What you gain

  • More volume without more manual work

You absorb growth and peaks in activity more easily.

  • Fewer oversights, delays and errors

Every step follows the same rules, and issues surface at the right time.

  • Less reliance on a few key people

Processes keep moving, even when someone is away or the team changes.

  • Time back for what matters

Less data entry, chasing and manual checking. More time for customers, teams and growth.

03Security and privacy

Your operations stay under your control.

Security, access and reversibility are built into the architecture from day one.

Included in every deployment

The security baseline, present in every project.

Always included
Data isolation
Each client has their own instance and their own database.
Role-based access
Everyone only accesses what falls within their scope.
Traceability
Every run and every sign-off is logged.
Documentation
Flows, rules and key design choices are documented and handed over to you.
No model training
Your data is never used to train the models the system relies on.

Defined with you during scoping

Chosen according to your business, your constraints and your infrastructure.

Depends on your context
Hosting
On your own infrastructure, a dedicated instance or an isolated shared infrastructure. Hosted in Europe by default.
Backups
Frequency, retention and recovery defined according to how critical the system is.
Personal data
Data processed, purpose, retention and access defined from the audit onwards.
  • AI is a building block, not the system

The system relies first on its connections, rules and sign-offs. A model can be replaced or removed without calling the whole into question. Running models locally can also be considered if your constraints require it.

  • Your data and processes remain yours

If you stop, you get your data back in a usable format, along with the system's documentation.

04Working together

From on-site audit to long-term support.

Three stages, each with a clear scope.

  1. 01Operational audit

Duration½ to 1 day, on site or remote

The audit starts from your teams' actual work. It maps how information and tasks flow before anything is built: tools in use, re-entered data, repetitive tasks, friction points… If removing a step or making better use of an existing tool is enough, that's a recommendation too.

    What you get:

    • A map of your processes and flows
    • Friction points and their estimated annual cost
    • Opportunities ranked by impact
    • A deployment scope and budget
    • A debrief within a week
  2. 02Design and deployment

Duration2 to 4 weeks depending on scope

The system is built from your tools, your rules and real cases. You see it take shape throughout the project. Before going live, your teams test the connections, automations, sign-offs and interfaces on representative cases.

    What you get:

    • Your system in production
    • Sign-off from your users
    • Your teams trained
    • The system documentation
  3. 03Ongoing support

    DurationMaintenance and evolution

The system is monitored, maintained and adjusted as your tools or needs change. Because the flows, rules and choices made during the audit are documented, every change starts from a known baseline.

    What's included:

    • Monitoring and maintenance
    • Fixes and adjustments
    • Improvements as your needs evolve
    • A regular review of the gains
    • A single point of contact

05Who's behind Synely

The person you talk to is the person who builds it.

Matteo BaruzziFounder of Synely

I'm Matteo, an engineer trained at ECAM Lyon. I personally carry out the audit, the design and the ongoing support of every system I deploy.

Before Synely, I worked across production, industrial projects and IT, alongside operations, purchasing and management teams. I'm a Certified Supply Chain Analyst.

I kept seeing the same gap: capable teams spending too much time running processes by hand instead of analysing, deciding and improving. Synely was created to hand over to the system whatever it can take on.
